The New Pioneer Gun Club is attempting to relocate its entire commercial shooting operation into the middle of long established farms and rural residences directly impacting the surrounding landowners and their homes. This proposal was pushed forward with very little prior engagement or collaboration with the community and no meaningful consideration for landowners’ welfare. This demonstrates a clear disregard for the rights and well-being of those who live and work in the area.

This massive, members-only shotgun range and event center would bring constant noise from potentially tens of thousands of weekly gunshots, lower property values, endanger pets and livestock, increase traffic risks, strain limited emergency services, and risk lead contamination of our land and water—all while offering no real benefit to local residents. We are not against the 2nd Amendment, but we must protect our homes, families, and quality of life by saying NO to this rezoning.
